The Prevention of Fraud, Waste and Abuse policy was designed to provide employees, contractors and agents of MidState Medical Center, general information regarding MMC's efforts to combat fraud, waste and abuse in the healthcare system. The policy further describes remedies and fines for violations resulting from certain types of fraudulent activities.

All vendors, contractors and employees are expected to comply with MidState's policies and code of conduct. Any ethical or legal concerns related to any activity by MidState Medical Center, it's employees, vendors or contractors should be reported via our Corporate Compliance Hotline at 1.800.431.5572. Reports may be made anonymously and will remain confidential.
