Physician Portal is a secure web portal that allows physicians to easily obtain clinical and administrative patient results from a variety of sources throughout the Hartford Health Care System. The service is highly secure and HIPAA compliant. It uses encrypted patient information and can be accessed using unique passwords. Physician Portal can be used to connect to remote clinical systems applications from each facility in the Hartford Health Care System and can also be used as a communication tool between practices.
