The MidState Medical Group Walk-In Center is more than just a convenient clinic. It’s the place to turn for immediate, expert medical care, without an appointment. The Walk-In Center is conveniently located at 60 Church Street in Yalesville.

When minor medical problems arise, we provide treatment for a wide range of conditions and illnesses: colds and sore throats, sinus pain and headaches, earaches and fevers, cuts and bruises, muscular aches and pains, sprains and minor fractures, rashes and minor burns, and other conditions. In addition to meeting minor urgent care needs, we can provide continuing care of chronic diseases. We also perform complete annual physicals, pre-operative physicals, and school/camp/sports physicals. Naturally, if you have a major medical emergency, we recommend that you seek treatment at the MidState Medical Center Emergency Department.

We make it as convenient as possible to get the help you need. Our normal business hours are Monday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. For added convenience, you may schedule an appointment by calling 203. 284.9099. We also offer extended hours (by appointment) and 24-hour physician on-call.
