About Wound Care
MidState’s Advanced Wound Care and Hyperbariac Medicine Center is an outpatient treatment program that provides interdisciplinary and comprehensive treatment to non-healing wounds through a variety of advanced wound techniques and products. Patients at the center are taught to care for their wounds at home and are educated about nutrition and exercises that might aid the healing process and prevent future wounds. Patients with more aggressive non-healing wounds are taught how to care for their wounds and utilize specialty devices to prevent further wounds from developing.

MidState’s facility for Advanced Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine includes eight exam rooms, plus a suite with three large, clear acrylic hyperbaric oxygen chambers, each equipped with its own TV with cable network connections for patients to watch.
The Wound Care Center is located at the MidState Medical Services building, 61 Pomeroy Avenue, Meriden, CT.
