Time to start thinking pink
It’s that time of year again, time to start thinking PINK! Planning for MidState Medical Center’s highly anticipated Pink Partini Fashion Show is underway. This year’s Partini will be held on Thursday, October 14, at the Aqua Turf in Plantsville from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Governor M. Jodi Rell is the event’s honorary chair, and once again, back by popular demand, Channel 3’s Scot Haney will serve as the fashion show’s emcee. Tickets are $65.00 per person. The Pink Partini Fashion Show also helps to raise awareness of MidState’s Cancer Center and the phenomenal range of services it provides. Cancer Center medical director, Gary Tansino, MD, describes the Cancer Center as "one of Connecticut’s best kept secrets." The Pink Partini makes that secret known.
