Each year, we kindly ask for your support, and you respond overwhelmingly. You can be assured that your contribution makes a world of difference. Funds raised through the Annual Appeal help to purchase state-of-the-art medical technology, sustain quality programs and fund the development of new services. If you would like to contribute to the Annual Appeal, complete the form and mail it in with your contribution, or simply contribute via our online giving service. Online giving makes giving back to MidState fast and easy.

When you contribute a gift of $250 or more to our Annual Appeal, you can have a brick engraved in our "Town Green" in memory or in honor of a loved one or special occasion. Buying a brick is an opportunity to turn your gift into a tangible reminder of your commitment to your community hospital. It's also a great way for local businesses to recognize their entire company, or a deserving employee, for a job well done. To purchase a brick, simply complete the Brick Form and mail it to us with your Annual Appeal Form and contribution.

Your family can relive the joy of your baby's birth for generations to come. MidState Medical Center's family was with your family before and during the blessed birth and has created a way to make these memories last into the future. MidState has dedicated a special area of its Tribute Walkway to accommodate "New Generation" bricks. This area is easy to recognize by the precious teddy bear logo engraved on each New Generation break. The brick will be there in perpetuity, for you and everyone to see and remember the joy of this occasion. To help us make this program possible, we are asking for a $250 contribution to MidState Medical Center to support the finest in healthcare for your family, friends and neighbors. To purchase a brick for the next generation, fill out the "New Generation" form.

In addition to other forms of giving, MidState Medical Center also accepts gifts of appreciated securities. Gifts of appreciated securities given to the hospital will not only help you to avoid a capital gains tax, but will also allow the hospital to benefit from the full value of your gift. Now, your investment can be two-foldâ€”it will benefit you and your community hospital.

We welcome and appreciate any gift you can contribute to MidState Medical Center. Please be assured that 100% of your contribution always directly benefits the hospital's programs and services and helps our institution evolve into the best it can be for the communities we serve. When you give an endowment, the principal is never used, only its income and capital appreciation. Endowments provide a stable, predictable and permanent source of income to meet the future health care needs of our communities.

Here's an opportunity to get creative and have some fun, all while supporting your phenomenal community hospital: Run a fundraising event! Whether it's a sports tournament, dinner party, or other event, MidState's Development team can work with you to make your event a reality.
