Physician Liaison
MidState Medical Center's Physician Liaison Program is designed to connect physicians, their staff and members of the community with all of MidState's patient service centers.
MidState's physician liaison, Keri Braley (left), serves as a personal contact for physicians, practice managers and community members and is available to offer information and assistance as well as to address questions, concerns or issues. She can also facilitate physician-to-physician contacts when needed.
The program is intended to work to foster positive, open and helpful relationships with MidState Medical Center, the medical staff and community physicians, and to identify common interests and work collaboratively toward reaching goals.
Contact Keri at 203 752 8078 or kbraley@midstatemedical.org
