Needs Assessment

Every three years, hospitals conduct community health needs assessments to determine the overall general health and health habits of their communities, as well as the services that would provide the most benefit for community members. In 2015, the assessment was conducted gathering data from residents, community leaders, as well as publicly available data sources. The report produced for the assessment focuses on the communities of Meriden, Wallingford, and Cheshire.

We believe community health needs assessments will help us provide the services needed by a greater number of community members and further improve the quality of life for those we are privileged to serve.
